Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Shipping is available across all major cities and towns in India.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your order.
  • We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed in airtight, zipper-lock packs with tamper-proof packaging to maintain freshness, flavor, and hygiene during transit.

Return & Replacement Policy

Since our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. This is to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.

However, we do allow replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was missing from your order.

To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@nutsnbliss.com, along with order details and images of the product. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Please note: Replacements are subject to verification and are not applicable if products are opened, partially consumed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
